Happy Spring & Jupiter Retrograde!

Energy has been waxing and waning with some days where I am feeling more motivation and others I am dragging! Are you feeling this too?!

I think Spring has a way of opening us up and even here on Maui there is a change in the weather. It's been warmer and the ocean water is warming up too. Spring often inspires us to move and take action. Personally, I was inspired to write a blog and release a new interview this week!

Today Jupiter is going retrograde. Jupiter will be in retrograde April 10th - August 11th. It's not as well known or energetically disruptive as the Mercury retrograde, yet it is still a retrograde, which means it is a time to slow down and reflect. Further, anything that starts with RE is a green light during retrogrades: Reflect, Relinquish, Renew, Revive, Regenerate, Reinvent, Retreat.

This is a great time to review the past, see the silver lining and to collect the gifts, and lessons past challenges have brought you. It's also a perfect time to change things up and to focus on the things that bring you joy and that are FUN! How to Shake Up Your Chi

Clients often share with me that they feel stuck or unmotivated or that they cannot shift a particular area of their life and as a result are feeling frustrated. Sometimes things were going well and then they suddenly feel they have hit a plateau. When this happens, I first recommend energetically clearing both their homes and offices. Next, I look at how we can shift the energy in their space and their life. Shifting energy is which is what feng shui is all about!

In feng shui, chi refers to energy. Everything has chi or energy – physical objects, cars, homes, offices and even human beings. You may have heard a person’s personal energy referred to as their vibration.

When we are “in flow” our chi/energy is good and we are vibrating at a high level. You have experienced this when you “happened” to be in the right place at the right time or things lined up easily for you, without a lot of effort on your part.

Then there are times when things are not flowing. You may feel like you are moving through mud and perhaps cannot seem to get any traction. Or you may feel like you are not moving at all. You may, in fact, be energetically stuck.
